What this programme is
Erthiq operates a cardamom and pepper estate spanning 30+ acres in Idukki district, Kerala. This programme offers individuals three ways to participate in the estate's operations — through fractional lease, acre lease, or outright purchase of agricultural land.
This is not a financial product. We do not promise monetary gains or manage funds. What we offer is a direct land-based arrangement: you hold a defined interest in productive agricultural land in the Western Ghats, and we manage the day-to-day operations of cultivation, harvest, curing, and dispatch.
All estates are 100% legally compliant, fully owned by Erthiq, and cleared of all encumbrances.

Fractional Lease

Participate in a fraction of the estate's seasonal operations under a formal lease agreement. Erthiq manages all cultivation, harvest, curing, and dispatch.
Acre Lease
1+ acres · you control when to sell
Lease one or more dedicated, mapped acres within the Erthiq estate under a formal acre lease deed. Your land parcel is named and documented. Erthiq manages all operations.
Buy Plantation
Freehold title · full legal transfer
Purchase agricultural land within the estate boundary. Subject to applicable land laws and regulations. Erthiq can continue estate management under a separate agreement.
NRI notice: NRI holders must seek independent legal advice before entering any estate arrangement. Acquisition of agricultural land is restricted under FEMA.
