Who we are

Erthiq Farm LLP ("Erthiq", "we", "us", or "our") is a limited liability partnership registered in Kerala, India, with GSTIN 32AAMFE2725N1ZA. We operate a spice trade platform and estate participation programme from our base in Idukki district, Kerala. Our registered address is in Ernakulam, Kerala.

What data we collect

When you use this Site, we may collect the following categories of information. Through the contact and enquiry forms, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the message content you provide. Through the Trade Platform (ETP), we collect business registration details, GST number, bank account information for KYC purposes, order history, and payment transaction references. Through standard web server logs, we collect your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site; where you consent, or where consent is not required in your jurisdiction, it sets cookies that assign your browser a random identifier so repeat visits can be counted as one visitor. We do not use cookies for advertising or ad personalisation.

Third-party providers

We use Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Transactional emails are delivered via Resend. WhatsApp notifications use the Meta Cloud API. All third-party providers process your data only as necessary to perform their services on our behalf. We do not sell or rent personal data to any third party.

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to measure how the Site is used. It receives your IP address, the pages you view, and the actions you take on the Site, such as submitting an enquiry form. We do not send Google your name, email address, phone number, or the contents of any message. Google Analytics is not enabled on the logged-in Trade Platform, Partner, Client or Admin areas.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Google Analytics is disabled until you accept it, and you will be asked when you first visit. Elsewhere it is enabled by default and you may decline at any time. Where you decline, Google receives a signal recording that refusal and no cookies or identifiers are set. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Our Site is hosted on Vercel. Content delivery and performance optimisation may involve routing through Vercel's edge network. Font assets are self-hosted and are not fetched from Google Fonts at runtime.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data where it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at cardamom@erthiq.in with your name and the nature of your request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

Where you have provided data through an enquiry form and we have not yet established a commercial relationship, you may request deletion of that record at any time and we will act on such requests promptly.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the personal data we hold. These include encrypted storage via Supabase, HTTPS-only transmission enforced by HSTS headers, row-level security policies on all database tables, and service-role-only access for sensitive operations. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel only.

No transmission of data over the internet is completely secure. While we take all reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to our Site. If you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately at cardamom@erthiq.in.
